Truckers Go Green and Save Money

Truckers are you serious about cutting your fuel costs?
Are you serious about lowering green house gasses?

Every truck we have installed "STRAPPING" on has accomplished two things.

1). They lowered their Fuel Cost.
2). Exhaust smoke has either completely stopped or lowered significantly.
That only means one thing.  Helped the environment.

What is Strapping?
It is a series of specialized cables installed on your engine to reduce and or remove your engines static charge.

What does it do?
Your engine when running is spinning, from the fan up front to the crankshaft, pistons moving up and down, flywheel spinning and transmissions gears spinning as well.
So what, you say.  It's called static and electrical charge, created by perpetual motion.  Oh what will they think of next?  I don't know, but if I can take cables, install them in strategic points on the engine and drive line to reduce the engines drag (Yes drag) it will do several things.

1.)        Your engine will run smoother
2.)        It will create a smoother, cleaner electrical signal to the engines computer
3.)        It will help clean your engine, reducing emissions
4.)        Increases engine torque, helping to reduce fuel costs
5.)        Helps your electrical system to last longer
6.)        Starter, Alternators, Batteries last longer
7.)        Saves the life of onboard computers and GPS devices
8.)        Starts easier and faster
9.)        Engine is quieter
10.)      Engine is smoother
11.)      Reduced friction, helps cold weather starts
12.)      Does not interfere with warranties

Your drivers won't believe the difference.  They will compliment the mechanics for the great tune up.

How much fuel can I save?
Well I am not going to sit here and tell you 20% or 30% and blow smoke, but I will say without even knowing what kind of engine you have I will guarantee 4% or more.  Yes I do have Cat's C-15's gaining 20% and another at 50% but they were in pretty sad shape.  4% was consistently done on almost brand new Detroit DD515 engines,  2010 models. Some say they are the most fuel efficient engines.  Miles per gallon increase from 4/10 of a mile to 1 mpg average.  I have proved it time and time again. The chart Below gives you a quick break down of possible savings.
