Simply put, Strapping 4 Engines is a highly sophisticated grounding system that when properly installed to an engine, redirects the static electricity that is normally found in engine components, back to the battery. Every truck we have installed "STRAPPING" on has accomplished two things.

How much fuel can I save?

Well I am not going to sit here and tell you 20% or 30% and blow smoke, but I will say without even knowing what kind of engine you have I will guarantee 4% or more. Yes I do have Cat's C-15's gaining 20% and another at 50% but they were in pretty sad shape. 4% was consistently done on almost brand new Detroit DD515 engines, 2010 models. Some say they are the most fuel efficient engines. Miles per gallon increase from 4/10 of a mile to 1 mpg average. I have proved it time and time again. I know trucking companies get bombarded daily with fuel saving "Who Do". That is correct I call it "Who Do". Fuel additives, air cleaners, you name it, your maintenance team has got it.

Strapping 4 Engines is nothing like you’ve seen before. All our cables are high density Marine cables and sealed against weather damage. Why don’t they do this from the factory? Well that’s simple, all they care about is build it, if it starts, ship it. This would take them too much time and labor for the manufacturer to complete. I’ve witnessed trucks being delivered from the factory without a battery installed. What does that tell you?

If your fleet is based in the snow belt or runs in the muck and mire on a consistent basis and is 2 years of age or older, this will revitalize your equipment. Your drivers will wonder what you did to their trucks.

Do you know that after one year a truck will loose 75% of it’s ground from weather? This can kill the engine mapping computers. Just to clarify, I do nothing with the computers. No programming is hampered with, engine settings are not touched. Matter of fact, I don’t even connect to the positive side, so how can it hurt anything.

For example everyone is now buying trailer skirts. This cost approximately $1500.00 a set, plus install and maintenance, for a return that takes years to recoup. Oh yes, and they must have a trailer mechanic. For about half of that and again Zero Maintenance, this process will save you much more.
